Hagar, who will celebrate his 30th anniversary with wife Kari next November, says it's "kind of cool being old," attributing it to keeping things in motion. "I'm healthy. I’m still active. I still walk on the beach. I still work out. I still sing. I still run around and dance. I still chase my wife around the bedroom."

Still, from a career standpoint, Hagar is aware that his on-stage days are numbered, admitting that retirement has "crept into my head for 10 years."

Rest assured, however, exiting the stage isn’t happening anytime soon. On Monday, Nov. 25, Hagar announced a Las Vegas residency show, The Best of All Worlds, set to begin on April 30, 2025 at Park MGM.

In Vegas, Hagar promises to rip through all his hits, but he doesn’t plan to change his pre-show ritual, which involves prayer and a little Santo tequila, the spirit brand he owns with pal Guy Fieri.

Mike and I start drinking 20 minutes before every show. We start drinking little tequila, just sipping,” he says. There's a certain time when you get a buzz. We try to go out on that high because it makes you a little bit looser and it's more fun. I can't explain it, but it really helps not walking out cold."

The singer, born Claire Boucher, shared a post on X, formally known as Twitter, on Wednesday, Nov. 20, giving an update on the release of her upcoming music and commenting on the custody battle she's been in with Elon Musk, 53, over their three kids — sons X Æ A-Xii, 4, and Techno Mechanicus, 2, as well as daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, 3.

Spent a year locked in battle in a state with terrible mothers rights having my instagram posts and modeling used as reasons I shouldn't have my kids and fighting and detaching from the love if my life as he comes unrecognizable to me, with a fraction of his resources (or iq/strategy experience), Grimes wrote in her post.

All the while I didn't see one of my babies for 5 months. And this is only what can be said publicly, since most of my experience these last years should remain behind closed doors.

In another reply on the chain, the musician responded to a follower who asked why she can't "go to court while having a young baby" and why she isn't coming out with new music. "Because the threat of losing ur kids while going bankrupt fighting for them is not very conducive to creative thoughts," she wrote. "I just slept and cried every minute I wasn't explicitly fighting for my kids during that year."

Aside from his children with Grimes, Musk is a father to nine other children with two other women. He and his first ex-wife, Justine Wilson, welcomed six children. Their first, son Nevada Alexander, died at 10 weeks old in 2002.

The former spouses also share twins Vivian Jenna and Griffin, who were born in 2004, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, who were born in 2006.

In July, Grimes' mother Sandy Garossino accused Musk of “withholding” the couple’s children and preventing them from visiting their ailing great-grandmother in Canada in a thread of several posts on X.

Garossino, a columnist for Canada's National Observer, formatted the plea like a letter, beginning, “Dear Elon @elonmusk It was nice seeing you on Father’s Day. I hope you got the card that I helped X make. He was so proud of it.”

“I’m writing here as the only way I have to reach you,” she wrote. “As you know, my 93 year old mother is now at end-of-life palliative care. She yearns to see and hold Claire’s children one last time. Especially the youngest, whom she has not yet met.”

“I am alarmed to learn that the children cannot come as you are withholding them and their needed passport documents from Claire,” Garossino claimed. “It was even more troubling to see you and X on television at the Olympics in Paris yesterday, after your DC trip earlier in the week.”

He really just told me the other day, 'I've always like, I've never been jealous of Miley. I've always been grateful for the opportunities I get because of her,' Tish, 57, told the podcast hosts of Trace.

I think that my kids have mostly seen it that way, she continued. "I'm sure it's hard to be... the Mileys of the world don't come around very often."

Not everybody gets to go in that way, she concluded. "It's harder because you have to work harder and do things differently and it's just a completely different career path and a way into your career than the way Miley had with Hannah Montana."

In August 2023, Trace, 35, got candid in a Q&A on his Instagram Stories where he offered some rare insight on how his famous family impacted his career.

At the time, he explained that though he loves his family "so much," he believed his career may have been more successful if he hadn't had his family connection.

I love my family so much, but I think I'd be much more successful if I wasn't part of a famous family. People immediately want to judge me and discredit all my hard work because of who I'm related to. But that's so far from the truth. I got a record deal without anyone from my label even knowing who I was related to 'til after they signed me, he wrote, referencing his former band Metro Station.

He also reflected on the importance of protecting his romantic relationships at that stage in his life, per Entertainment Tonight. (He previously dated Brenda Song and Demi Lovato).

After having such public relationships in the past, I've decided any of my current or future relationships will be much more private, the musician explained. "So even if I did have a girlfriend I wouldn't tell you guys. Sorry."

Tish welcomed Trace and daughter Brandi, 37, with her first husband Baxter Neal Helson. Then, when she met Billy Ray Cyrus, they had three children together: Miley, 32, Braison, 30, and Noah, 24. Billy Ray also has a son, Christopher, 32, from his previous relationship with Kristin Luckey.

On Nov. 24, Historic Royal Palaces announced that several royal residences including Kensington Palace, were closed due to Storm Bert. According to the BBC, at least five people have died in the storm that hit the U.K. over the weekend. More rainfall is expected across southern England and south Wales, where homes and travel have been affected by the adverse weather.

Due to Storm Bert, there are a number of closures across our sites on Sunday 24 November. Kensington Palace is closed today — please see our website for more on the gardens at Hampton Court Palace and Hillsborough Castle, Historic Royal Palaces wrote on X, directing ticket inquiries to its team.

Responding to a user who suggested that its coordinating website should be updated with that information, the Historic Royal Palaces responded, "We are on the case."

Kensington Palace is a working royal residence, and the London home of the Prince and Princess of Wales, Prince Richard, the Duke of Gloucester, Birgitte, the Duchess of Gloucester, Prince Edward, the Duke of Kent, Katharine, the Duchess of Kent and Prince and Princess Michael of Kent. Historic Royal Palaces is the charity that maintains public access to historical parts of the palace, as well as Hampton Court Palace, Kew Palace, the Tower of London, Banqueting House and Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland.

Prince William and Princess Kate, 42, have an office at Kensington Palace and use it as a hub, but they no longer reside there full-time. The couple memorably called Apartment 1A home when their children Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, were younger, but moved out to Windsor (about 40 minutes west) in the summer of 2022.

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM - JUNE 15: (EMBARGOED FOR PUBLICATION IN UK NEWSPAPERS UNTIL 24 HOURS AFTER CREATE DATE AND TIME) Prince George of Wales, Prince William, Prince of Wales (Colonel of the Welsh Guards), Prince Louis of Wales, Princess Charlotte of Wales and Catherine, Princess of Wales watch an RAF flypast from the balcony of Buckingham Palace after attending Trooping the Colour on June 15, 2024 in London, England. Trooping the Colour, also known as The King's Birthday Parade, is a military ceremony to mark the official birthday of the British Sovereign. The ceremony takes place at Horse Guards Parade followed by a flypast over Buckingham Palace and was first performed in the mid-17th century during the reign of King Charles II. The parade features all seven regiments of the Household Division with Number 9 Company, Irish Guards being the regiment this year having their Colour Trooped.

In the biography Catherine, Princess of Wales, published in August, author Robert Jobson writes that William and Kate moved in order in order to be closer to his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, following the death of her husband, Prince Philip, in April 2021.

Quoting an aide, Jobson writes in the book that Prince William "knew his time with his grandmother was precious and he is delighted they, as a couple, made that decision."

Catherine understood that for William, as a future king, it was important for him to be geographically closer to the late Queen in her final months, when he was required to support both her and his father. It made a real difference, Jobson wrote in the biography, published in August. "They were in regular contact, seeing each other in person and speaking on the phone several times a week, bringing them even closer."
